Psychedelic Preparation & Integration

Navigate the depths of your non-ordinary experiences with expert support

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Therapy is for people who are planning to have a psychedelic experience or have already had one. With the help of a trained professional you can learn ways to create powerful intentions, stay connected to insight, and reduce risk. This specialized therapy helps you integrate "extraordinary" experiences into "ordinary" life.

Bre offers a welcoming space for those who may feel misunderstood or even fearful of traditional healthcare settings. Trained through the Synthesis Institute in a 13-month program, Bre has studied the power of plant medicine and psychedelic experiences. With a wealth of resources, worksheets, and personal experience she is confident in supporting people through worldview-shifting experiences and challenging "bad trips". Her care honors ancient wisdom and modern science alike.

What My Clients Are Saying

Empowering, transformative, and deeply connecting.

Bre’s presence and intuitive guidance in KAP sessions create a deeply empowering space for transformation and self-discovery. Her genuine care and ability to keep things real make me feel both supported and understood, allowing me to open up fully to the experience. Each session leaves me feeling more connected, seen, and empowered.

Insightful Breakthroughs and Genuine Care

I've worked with a few therapists, but I can easily say Bre is the best one I've had. She is great at knowing when to dig deeper, and when to pause to do a quick breath exercise to help re-center. She is both very knowledgeable and genuinely caring, and she creates a very warm and welcoming space. I have had more insightful breakthroughs working with them than with any other therapist. I cannot recommend Bre enough!

A Safe and Judgement-Free Sanctuary

Bre is the best therapist I’ve had, and there have been many! She is the kindest and most calming person. You can truly tell that she cares by her attitude and the way that she intently listens and responds to you. She is extremely respectful of my spiritual background. The best part about her is that I never feel any judgement; I feel emotionally safe every time I walk into a session. Love her to death!

Significant Progress and Deep Connection

I have been seeing Bre for about 6 months now and HIGHLY recommend! I have made so much progress. She is incredibly kind, understanding, and real. I appreciate her openness and vulnerability even with her own life, as it has allowed me to connect with her more deeply and not feel that it is a one way relationship. I trust her fully and look forward to seeing her in our appointments. I also love the hybrid option - but definitely recommend seeing her in person!

A psychedelic experience may feel "non-ordinary" or "mind expanding". People might have a psychedelic experience with things like meditation, drumming or chanting, breathwork, plant medicines like psilocybin or ayahuasca, and other avenues.
Psychedelic Integration Therapy is a specialized form of therapy that helps individuals understand and integrate the insights and experiences from their psychedelic journeys into their daily lives. This therapy aims to transform these profound experiences into meaningful personal growth and enhanced well-being.
I completed the Psychedelic Practitioner Core Curriculum program from Synthesis Institute. This 13 month course had intensive studying about the history of psychedelic use and modern scientific research on psychedelics. There was a big emphasis on ethics, and how to provide ethical care. Psychedelics are common in indigenous cultures and should be handled with respect and care in this Western medical setting of psychotherapy. In addition to this course, I engage in ongoing continuing education credits for psychedelic care and trauma-informed care.
This therapy is ideal for anyone who has had psychedelic experiences or plans to partake in a psychedelic experience. It is especially beneficial for those who feel misunderstood or dismissed by traditional therapy settings, or are afraid of judgment or legal consequences that could happen when they share about their psychedelic use in a therapeutic/medical setting.
During a session, you can expect a safe and supportive space to explore your psychedelic experiences. Bre will guide you in articulating and understanding the insights gained, providing new perspectives and practical tools to integrate into your "normal" life. Bre might share related resources like personalized prompts, ancient rituals, links to music and videos, or other psychedelic related materials.
